Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and where Trivelle ships orders. Trivelle is operated by Shushlav
Commerce LLC.
### Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the **United States only** (the 50 states and DC). We do not
ship internationally at this time. Orders with a non-U.S. shipping address cannot be completed at checkout.
### Shipping cost
We offer **free standard shipping** on orders within the United States. Any applicable sales tax is
calculated at checkout.
### Order processing
Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders
placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
### Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within **2–7 business days**, depending on your location. Delivery
times are estimates and aren't guaranteed; they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other
factors outside our control.
### Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking. You can also track your order any
time from our **Track Order** page. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of
ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
### Wrong address, failed delivery, and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an
address entered incorrectly. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check around your
delivery area and with neighbors, then contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier. If a
package is lost in transit, contact us at support@trivelle.store and we'll make it right.
