Set it on its pad
Place the included pad on a clean, dry surface — beside the sink, or on the floor outside the shower — and center the mat on it.

Water absorbs, then evaporates
Drips and footprints darken the surface as the porous stone draws them in; the moisture then releases to the air as it dries. Drying time varies with water, airflow and humidity.

Lift, dry, refresh
Lift the mat now and then so both sides dry. Rinse with clean water, and lightly renew the surface with the included refresh pad when absorption slows.

Will it slide around?
Each mat ships with a separate anti-slip pad. Place the pad on a clean, dry, level hard floor and center the mat on it — set up this way, it stays put in normal daily use.
